I’m extremely frustrated with this company. This is the second week in a row where they left the food outside and non-secured area for anyone to steal it. I’m disabled and there’s no way with this company to put delivery instructions for them to try to bring it up to my unit because it’s difficult for me to go downstairs and if they’re not, which other competitors have done for me in the past , at least put it in the secure area in the package room. They also allow you to sign up to be notified when it arrives. I’ve signed up multiple times and never have received any notification. I’m not sure why you switched back to this company but it’s been awful.

I’ve noticed that any of the meals with beef or pork tend to be very tough. Most of the chicken items have been very good and flavorful.

I'm not reviewing every single shipment. I wouldn't keep ordering it if I didn't like it.
