Replacement under warranty
We had a midsized Classic for just over a year that suddenly developed a fault. For whatever reason the handle became completely stuck and wouldn’t extend. I approached July (without my original order number, but with proof of payment), sent the details they needed, including a short video and without hesitation they agreed to replace it. No fuss, no delay. At a time when you increasingly have to fight to make your case with customer service ‘help’ lines and chat bots, it really was a breath of fresh air. Thank you July!
