Great deal
Got this as an early birthday present for my wife in the sales. Her first “proper” (I.e. not cheap) suitcase, and she absolutely loves it. July were great to deal with, the case itself looks amazing, the features are fantastic. We’re very excited to try it out for the first time at the end of the month.

Great Customer Service
We were overseas, and on day one of our three-week trip, we discovered that a wheel was broken on our new checked plus luggage ( heavy handling by the airline).
I contacted July to have a replacement wheel sent to London, where we were heading next. To our amazement, we received a brand new suitcase delivered to our hotel instead. Wow! Great customer service. Thank you, July.
