Works well in quick start mode; still somewhat worried about long term costs
I have so far only used it in quick start mode, in which the app and device work well for telling me how hard I'm pulling, timing things, graphing, etc.
I would, though, echo the concerns of previous reviewers both here and on reddit with the subscription model. It's all well and good if free users continue to enjoy full, albeit basic, functionality. But I would also argue that it sets up a dynamic where users are forced to worry that we're never more than an app update from nerfing or bricking our device. Real long term viability comes from selling a good product at a sustainable price, not from striving to become the printer manufacturer of climbing training.

New User of the Force Board
This has been my favorite purchase in a long while! Despite being focused on climbing, it has performed every function that I wanted for my general isometric exercises. Being able to hear an audible notice that you have exceeded your desired force threshold has been very useful as well as being able to save and view all of workouts.
Great product!

Good but not great for my usage
This is a climbing tool that could be used for other things. It could be phenomenal if the software was adjusted slightly. First and foremost the font showing the exercise is too small so if you’re following a work out, you have to get very very close to it to see the actual exercise that’s being prompted. Also more information about explosive isometric contractions, and the rate of force of an explosive movement particularly in the early stages of let’s say under 300s of a second would be much appreciate. It is obvious that the team are very smart and capable. I just would appreciate if they could also develop the tool for other sports.
