Rip cone

Received the item on a Thursday, was excited to use In my skills academy. I swear I bought two rip cones and only got one in the package. The box wasn’t fully secure/ taped. Maybe it was the hub at ups that didn’t tape or seal correctly. The rip cones broke within an hour into the workout. I sent an email with my description of what happened and a photo for proof. I should receive a new one hopefully sooner that later.
