A Pitiful Product; Even Worse Customer Service
I bought the computer app based on what the ads stated about its capabilities. I then found out you have to pay for a subscription to get it to work the way it was advertised. I caved in and signed up for the subscription and it STILL doesn’t work the way it is advertised. I have emailed three times (because no customer service number is given) to request a refund and have gotten absolutely NO response. Pitiful. Absolutely pitiful!

Does not work
It will not download to the tablet and the process you have to go through is extremely complicated! I do believe I waisted just over $100 on upgrades that do not work.
