Jasper Bench

Design is nice but delivered damaged twice

I was thrilled to find the Jasper Bench as its design is really captivating. However, unfortunately, the first bench I received arrived damaged. While the customer support initially seemed helpful and arranged for a replacement, that one also arrived damaged at the same spot, suggesting potential issues with their wrapping process. Despite my excitement for the design, I cannot recommend purchasing this bench with shipping until these packaging issues are resolved. Furthermore, I have not been receiving responses from customer support now.
