Best Customer Service EVER

I bought this bag almost 2 years ago and have worn it every day since. I carry everything in this bag and don't leave the house without it. A few days ago, the zipper on the main compartment was struggling to open due to the mesh wearing down. I reached out to customer service and within 24 hours I had a response. They offered to replace the bag free of charge after 2 years of use. You don't get that kind of customer service, ever. I couldn't recommend the product enough, but also the company.

Great choice, could use a little improvement.

Great bag, I use it for my EDC and love it very much! A few notes is I would recomend they move the clip a little further back as if you switch to a sling carry then it digs into your collarbone as a right handed shooter. Besides that it works wonderful for my wallet, pack of gum, keys, pen, sharpie, light, and 43x with a spare mag! Can’t encourage it enough!
