this order took almost 3 weeks to arrive. apparently the first package that was sent was "lost." i had to fight tooth and nail to get them to send a replacement. then they finally came. and the product is completely different than they explained. I can't have carbonated drinks, and this drink turns carbonated after use. I even went through the process of contacting the company and asked specifically if it carbonated and they said no. very upset I want my money back
