These bars have a good amount of protein from clean, simple ingredients (no gluten, soy or dairy). They have a good taste and texture -- not too hard or chewy. So glad these bars are now certified kosher!

Enjoying the Forward Bar first thing in the a.m. with my tea. Love that there is no pea protein in it.

Almost tasteless, with a chewy, almost gummy texture. Not very palateable for such an expensive product.
