Terrible customer service

Sherpa fit like a 3 or 4x and I reached out to them literally 20 minutes after I received it from fed ex and they told me they don’t to exchanges. Now I’m stuck with a Sherpa that I can’t and won’t wear. Won’t do business with them again!
