Product not received

Hi! I got this email inviting me to give feedback on my product. I am sure the product will be great, however I have not yet received it yet. Due to the long waiting and lack of information about what has happened to my order I will give a poor rating for now. I can understand delivery is not Vallons primarily responsibility, but still, I am not quite satisfied with the service, and need to vent my feelings somewhere.

Lovely Case

I bought this one in the blue-green color and it's lovely. the suede around the button wears a bit, but I like that it's matte and not shiny.
