I have been using this product exclusively for 22 years. I received a new bottle recently and this time the product had a strange smell. I reached out to lbri and the answer i got was that the products scent may vary with time or conditions under which the ingedients were harvested.i have never experienced this with any other shipment over the years. No offer to exchange or return. Disappointed in the product and customer service.

I’ve been using the deep pore cleanser for years. It’s gentle on my face but it also removes all traces of makeup. I’m a customer for life 😘
