Wouldn't spend this much again

Outfitting a new room, thought I would break away from the standard large black mouse pad. Was disappointed to see that the quality of this pad, from the vantage point of actually sitting on it, is pretty awful. Areas close to the bottom are so pixilated that it can hurt to look at them. My mouse slides fine, but not particularly better than any 5$ mouse pad on Amazon. Overall, looking from my door/bed, the mousepad is a big visual upgrade, but actually working/gaming on it is less than ideal.
