I recently tried the Two Brothers Sugarcane Jaggery, and it has quickly become a favorite in my kitchen! At first glance, it has a rich, deep, dark color that might make you expect a harder, more crystallized block, but it is surprisingly and wonderfully soft. It has a deep, authentic sweetness with lovely caramel notes that elevate whatever you add it to—whether stirring it into traditional sweets, everyday chai, or healthy treats. Because of its soft texture, it is super easy to break apart, measure, and melt down without any hassle.
