Kitly Calm

This does seem to work to calm down my on cat. My other cat is a very finicky eater so it is harder to get him to take it with or without food 😺

Cats wouldn’t touch it. I bought two bottles hopeful it would be great.

I ordered Kitly Pet and received an entirely different product. At no point was I notified requesting my approval of this substitute product. I contacted customer service and they said I could return the product at my expense. I refused since it was their mistake. They then said they would grant this one time request of a return label. I emailed asking for status of return label and was informed that they would refund and I could do with the substitute what I wanted. It’s not that customer service totally ignored me but it did feel like they just wanted me to accept the substitute no questions asked. Substitute wasn’t even produced by Kitly Cat.😥
