Sheath - iPhone 18 Pro (Precise)

The case is great, but it took two weeks to ship. I also ordered a screen protector, but frustratingly, they sent the wrong one. Though they sent the wrong screen protector, it looked like it would fit my screen, so I tried to apply it. However the screen protector would not stick to the screen at all. I tried contacting customer support multiple times to ask for a resolution for the issue, but I have been completely ignored. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating. I would have given one star, but because the case is pretty good, I’ll give two stars. Please beware buying from this company.

Great fitting case, and feels sturdy. Have used Otterbox and Spigen previously, and this case feels better constructed. Colour and finish true to photos. I needed to change my order and the customer care team were quick to respond, full marks!

Extremely fast delivery, excellent company! Product itself, great quality, works with larger usb-c charger heads and screen protector. Case texture isn’t quite as gritty as I was expecting, but still feels great, and maybe even an unexpected bonus as it’s easier to pull out of jeans pocket.
