Well organized for work

Nicely organizes all my electronic devices, cords and cables. I travel extensively for work and using a well organized bag reduces my stress level by having an identifiable place for everything. I have a much easier time locating items and noticing any missing items to leave nothing behind at a customer site.

The Commuter 20L is an outstanding everyday backpack that balances clean design, comfort, and practical organization beautifully. The 20L size feels right for daily carry without becoming bulky, and the layout makes it easy to keep tech, accessories, and essentials organized without overcomplicating things. The materials feel premium, the construction is solid, and the shoulder straps are comfortable even when loaded. I also appreciate the understated look—it works equally well for the office, commuting, or casual use. People say it’s a heavy bag; for EDC, I’d stay it’s stable and solid. Sympl clearly put thought into the details. For anyone wanting a refined, versatile EDC backpack, the Commuter 20L is an easy five-star recommendation.

Excellent product

Durable. X PAC material is great. The layout of the backpack is good. The seating on my back based upon the shoulder straps is nice and can be compression adjusted, but a chest strap would have been helpful. The should straps don’t have any money or quick pockets which would also be a good addition along with a secret back pocket in the back panel/padding area of the backpack as well. Overall, a good purchase and very functional.
