Great Product Bad Component

I love love love the color and the formula. It is super smooth and creamy. Very pigmented too! BUT the component does not stay together and opens up constantly. I really like the product but not being able to keep it from opening and getting on everything else might make me not repurchase it. Just needs a tighter fit or magnets to help.

My package got lost but the customer service was kind enough to resend it with a quick courier company so it reached me in just over a week (us-ireland). The products are really nice so im happy. Thank you to the customer service worker who got it sent out so fast abd resloved my issue!
