Booty Bands

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really, really like my Fit With Beba Booty Bands! I've been using them with my glute workouts, and they've been a great addition to my routine. The bands are comfortable, supportive, and most importantly, I haven't had any issues with them rolling or shifting while I'm exercising. I also LOVE that they're adjustable. Being able to change the fit and resistance makes them really convenient for different exercises and allows me to challenge myself as I progress. 🍑💪🏽 I've also been using Beba's Assology 101 and 6-Week Glute Guide, and those have made the experience even better. Assology has helped me better understand glute activation and the mind-muscle connection instead of just going through the motions, while the glute guide has been helpful for structuring and tracking my workouts. I especially appreciate being able to keep up with my sets and reps and actually track my progress and glute growth over time. It makes my workouts feel much more intentional. Between the bands, the education, and the workout guidance, I feel like I have actual tools to help me train my glutes with purpose instead of just guessing about what I should be doing. I'm very happy with my Fit With Beba experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone who's serious about being more intentional with their glute training!

Babyyyy!!! I been received my bands but just used them because of my work schedule.. I just put them on for a little while did a few moves and when I tell you I feel it in my booty this morning baby!!! I can’t wait to get this wagon dragging!!!! My only problem I have to wear one reversed because the Velcro won’t stick.

I have them on right now while I clean up my house 🏠!
