Perfect fit after a few exchanges

I used the size guide and ordered accordingly, but the first two pairs were way too big. Third time was the charm, the fit is now perfect. Customer service was fantastic and the exchange process couldn’t have been easier. I love how the leggings hug my belly without rolling down and that they’re opaque enough for my Iyengar yoga classes. The only downsides: they still have a strange smell even after a few washes (not sure if it’s the dye?) and they pilled between the thighs after the first wear, which was a little disappointing but maybe that’s just the nature of merino wool. Overall, super comfortable and flattering leggings.

I don't know why I waited so long to get a pair of wool& leggings. They are perfect! They fit so well without being constricting and are so much sturdier than standard leggings. I love the high waist and how the fabric fits close to my body--no bagging in the knees! The look is a little sportier than I was expecting given that so many in the community pair these with dresses (large overstitching on inner leg seam and slight sheen to the fabric), but these features don't show much in black. I'm glad I finally tried the axis!

Axis takes basic to a new level

Since they arrived at my doorstep last week I have been wearing them every single day. They are so comfortable and they stay in place. At first I thougt the waistband was a little loose and was concerned they would roll down. They don't. Maybe I am just used to ill fitting leggings/trouses. But no more. The waist is very high, which i love - no bumps show and no gnawing in the hips. I have been wearing them with t-shirts and dresses and they look great with both. I have been at the office, in the garden, moving my sisters stuff into her new appartment and at a birthday party all in Axis and felt comfortable and stylish every day. I never thought I could be so exited about somthing this basic, but it just shows what a quality item these leggings are
