Health Bundle

Bought for our 3 Chihuahuas & 2nd unit for big Cane Corso. Units arrived separately so started Chi’s first. They LOVE it! They like cold water (it gets hot here in CA) so I add several cubes of ice. It’s always fresh. Easy to assemble, fresh water at all times!!

I like overall. Very necessary to pay attention to water level intestinely to make sure there is enough water daily. If battery runs out or if water is too low, dogs will run out of water. I got 7 liter fountain for 2 dogs. Water lasts approx. 24 hours for 2 dogs. If you get the health bundle and put the drops in the water, you won't want to refill or dump water out because of the very expensive drops. It is hard to gauge. Also, the filters do not "look" like they will fit oddly. No one answers their phone number and responses to emails are hit and miss. The fountain is cool, but I feel like I paid over 100 bucks for a steel water bin plus battery charger. The instructions do not say how long battery lasts, so I blindly kept charging weekly. Later, I saw ad that says it is supposed to last a month. I haven't tested it as it would be bad for battery to run out as dogs won't have water in the shallow upper pan/ lid. I like it mostly and will keep as I am very attentive dog owner.

This review centers around the abysmal customer support, lack of following through on emails within the time frame the company advertises. The company has no dedicated phone contact option for support. I waited a week after repeated emails asking for support and suggestions for transition of a reluctant pet/dog to use their fountain. My last email requesting a return authorization has not received any response after at least a week’s time. This seems to be a common complaint listed in other reviews. Another reviewer mentioned being directed to return the fountain to a China based address rather than a US address where the shipment came from. I do not recommend this product for this reason primarily although I have other concerns about the filtering process leaving pet hair in the water reservoir and bugs being attracted inside from a light inside the fountain.
