Kettlebells

Great service and care

Great products, and even more impressed with service and care from the team. Had issues with shipping company and they made it right over and above what many companies would do. Very happy to do business with the team including direct support from ownership. Plan to work with them again in the future.

services

I got three kettlebells from giant a month or two ago. The service they provided was excellent. The products were delivered as they have stocks. I got one pretty much right away. The rest two were late as they were waiting for stocks. One kettlebells they had sent to me was in very bad condition, but Hunter and his team were excellent. They sent me a new replacement. Pretty much on top of tracking package for me. I gave them A for their service. Thank you, Giant and the team.

Kettlebell Order

Great responsiveness on an issue I had with one of the kettlebells and overall care for customer. Satisfied with my order and looking forward to convenience of home workouts.
