HD Hidden Floating Vanity Bracket

issue with the delivery

WE have big problem with the delivery, because the guy from the UPS didn't want to leave the package or follow the instructions and the faster delivery become a long wait delivery. changing the address, that was an extra charge. I have one of my employees there for 4 hours paying waiting for the delivery and when I call them to refund money form the express delivery they told me need to be your company whom need to refund the money. the delivery made 3 days after and make delay my construction for almost a week and also make delay the inspection. I hope to install the brackets tomorrow and I will get back to you guys about it. and also I want to know if I can get some money back from where I pay extra to the fast delivery that never went fast. Thanks

Good brackets poor delivery

The brackets are great, the provide good support but were a little expensive compared to other brackets available online. I ordered these brackets due to the advertised delivery time. I ordered on a Thursday, the order form said they would ship Friday and arrive Tuesday. I reached out Wednesday when they did not arrive on Tuesday and was told they were shipping that day and would arrive Friday. So they arrived 3 days later than expected and needed.

Great Product
