I love the water machine tried to contact the company to stop my subscription for the dental stuff that I never wanted in the first place nobody’s ever contacted me back. Don’t know if I’d recommend them.

Product is expensive and they catch you in a constant subscription. Very difficult to cancel subscription as well. However, I have noticed my 13 year old Bichon/poodle mix drinks more than before and is seemingly feeling better.

Trying to cancel my subscription, i alreasy order a years worth of filters and domt need or want any more! Ive emailed and tried every way to cancel!! Its a scam!! I would habe recommend you guys but this is ridiculous just to get a extra $60 you ruined your reputation!!
