The Essentials Grooming Kit

Customer service is basically nonexistent. In my experience, they simply do not respond — I waited more than two weeks without receiving any reply. As for the products, I personally do not see anything “premium” about the quality that would justify the much higher price. Based on my own experience, I have used significantly less expensive brands that I found to be just as good or, in some cases, better in quality. For me, the premium price simply does not translate into a premium product or premium experience. This is, of course, my personal opinion based on my purchase and experience with the brand.
