The product came as expected but it took 2 weeks to arrive. I ordered off the hydro jug website and for some reason my order got shipped through doordash. After waiting over a week I tracked the shipping and it said the package had been lost so I emailed customer service. Then magically a week later the package arrived but still said it was lost.

I am in love with my HydroJug sport! The sage color is an absolutely stunning color and a classic neutral for any man or woman. The leak-proof lid means I can carry it in my hand bag and not worry about and spillage and I never have to worry about straw toppers either. The thick insulation keeps my drink cold all day and the silicone bottom ensures it’s nice and quiet. The handle across the top also makes it slimmer and perfect for many pockets. Please grab yourself one I can’t recommend them enough!

Got this one as a cusomized order for my husband for fathers day. Looks great! Had some issues with the package being lost but contacted customer service and they were informative and helpful!
