Brilliant little bag!

I bought this to carry my smaller digital camera and/or other bits when out and about - for easy access. It’s really good! I can even take a top layer off and thread it through the bungee bit if I get too warm. It’s water resistant but not tested in a proper downpour, and comfortable to wear as a waist bang bum bag thing or (as I do much more often) across my body.

Bad Customer Service

I purchased this item and Janji sent me the wrong colour. I notified their customer service that I hadn't received the colour I ordered and they said I could exchange the item. They initially expected me to cover the cost of returns (I'm based outside UK), when I pointed out this was due to their mistake, customer service offered to reimburse me for any costs incurred after I had sent it back. I ultimately didn't bother doing this due to the unnecessary inconvenience it would cause me and having to wait for the new order to arrive. To be honest I would have expected Janji to just immediately send me out the actual colour I had ordered and apologise for their mistake rather than expecting me to bear the brunt of sending it back and covering the costs of same.

Perfect for Run to City stroll

I bought this so I can have a bag to stash my water, phone, dji nano, snacks and a light jacket for runs. I do have a running vest as well but sometimes our group runs then have a stroll around the city. I love the versatility it gives me that when we’re done running, I can put it across my chest/back. I love the secure pocket at the back. The belt also don’t cause any discomfort during runs. I love it. And I gifted one to my friend and she loves it as well.
