I work as a pastor and at a tax office where coffee is essential. This is my first batch of freshly ground coffee so I do not have the vocabulary to describle how much different our coffee has been since we tried squirrelly Joe's, suffice it to say, we are ready to jump in an start buying more.

Covenant blend is superb! Robust flavor. The right balance of flavor. Sweet but still has a little of that coffee bite. I love it!

It’s an over roasted coffee similar to Starbucks. That said, I will try a medium to see how that goes. I want to support Christian business but I won’t buy another dark roast.
