a beautiful horse-themed makeup set I purchased from your brand as a gift for my friend. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed to learn from her that several items arrived damaged or defective. The shimmer was broken, the decorative horse had come off the packaging, and the lip liner does not open or work at all. Since the lipstick is designed to be used with the liner, the set is no longer complete and does not create the look it was intended for. I specifically chose this set because it looked beautiful and special, and I was really excited to give it as a gift. Instead, I’m very disappointed with the quality and, most importantly, that the gift did not make the impression I had hoped for. Considering that multiple items in the set were damaged or unusable upon arrival, I am requesting a full refund for this purchase. Beautiful collectors set. Formulas are amazing as well.

I think what sets this collection apart besides the very glamorous packaging is how diverse the products actually are. I love that I can go for a subtle runway “wet look” but I could also do a casual daytime or add fun shimmer or pops of color for a nighttime look. It gives me a lot of opportunity to play with it and try out a variety of styles.
