Terrible this connect device is pure nonsense. I am gone for 20 days. I did the manual feed at while testing in front of the device before traveling and everything seemed well. On Day one of being away did the manual feed and it worked. Wanted to do the manual feed again same day hours later and nothing. I am on Day 5 of being away and trying every single day to Manuel feed without success. The app says device not connected but can controlled locally. Then what’s the point? Upset about reading the bad reviews and still giving the device a shot. Thank goodness is bought a back up auto feeder for dry food.
