Parts problem
One of the clips on one of the straps broke. I emailed Kineon about the problem. Within an hour I had a reply. They confirmed my address and promptly shipped me a complete new strap at no charge. It arrived within just a few days. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Using The Move+ has really helped me and their service has been top notch. Highly recommend.

Customer Service for strap replacement
I was able to email about a strap clip that broke and Daphne got right back to me within a day, and when I provided pictures, immediately shipped a replacement. Top notch and fast!
