Dazzle Up

The item arrived faulty and I was unable to open the packaging at all. I contacted customer service through the website for help but never received a response. Because I received no assistance or return instructions, I was unable to return the item. I also did not want to pay for return shipping for a product that arrived defective.

Stinks

The product I received smells old or expired. It makes my face stink. I emailed about a return and was told it was under review and have emailed twice to follow up and have heard nothing. I’ve enjoyed the other products I’ve received but Very dissatisfied with customer service now.

The highlighter sent were 2 horse lipstick holders that were completely empty. So confused.
