Eggplant Involtini

I wasn’t familiar with this dish and thought we would give it a try. It was the first dish from Mortabella we tried. It is very delicious. We were sold on this from the first bite. I’ll order it again. Anything from this Italian company is excellent so we can try different items.

These were the best! I had to eat them first and I loved them, but had to eat them right away because the packaging was breached and they thawed a little bit with a couple of the other items. However, they were insanely good. I love them. I just wish that I hadn't had to eat everything within a week because so that I thought due to broken cellophane in the shipment on the containers and they had thawed a little bit. Loved the food, but disappointed a little bit in the packing..

Love that the eggplant is peeled!!!!!! Everything about it was quite tasty.
