I feel good about giving these to my son!
I'm trying my hardest to avoid processed, nutrient-poor snacks for my son; sometimes, you do need something easy to eat while we're on the go, and these puffs help me do that without sacrificing my commitment to healthy eating! I felt even better when I saw EWG gave these quite a good score compared to so many other kid snacks. My son enjoys them immensely so that's icing on top.
