Rumour Eye Base

I have used this base since some influencer suggested it a few years ago. But the simple change from #2 to #3, way better color match for me. And definitely worth upgrading to the larger size, great value.

Best eyeshadow base! Creamy enough for easy placement, but keeps my eyeshadow in place all day. Doesn’t crease or pill. A perfect product!

This is me holding the product. Exactly. It’s not there because I never received it. It hasn’t left the Miami uniuni facility which got there almost 3 weeks ago and P Louise has yet to contact me back about my order. I needed this for a wedding I’m working. So disappointed !!!
