These are sides that are split to these different weights in the limeyard. Note: for example the 2mm (5 oz) is the weight which is split at the limeyard. Afterwards, the rawhide is toggled and dried. Here it looses some thickness. Its hard to measure the thickness of rawhide once dried, that’s why we grade the thicknesses when wet
