Very reactive to charging in light then glowing in the dark. Great! Love it! Can wear alone (clear) or as topper.

Glow it!
Definitely charge this up in light for at least 30 minutes (an hour is better). It's brightest with two coats and ice used as a topper on dark colors with very fun effect. It is barely cloudy so it really doesn't make much impact on the base color, which is great.

Strong Glow!
Fulfills my inner-child obsession with glow in the dark! I used two coats as topper on shimmer nail polish and it works well although it gives a slight tone. Just keeping my nails under my desk lamp for 30 secs gives it a nice strong glow. My only gripe is that the glow is slightly grainy but otherwise it works very well.
