The base is bigger than the feeder

There’s like an extra unknown inch on the front and back. Food gets stuck there. It’s unknown why it was designed as such to not exactly fit.

Never received item

I never received my raised stand. I called to find out why but no one picked up the call. I used the app to message customer support and they said that it's stuck in the with the logistics provider. This is unacceptable.

Must Have!

This thing elevates the feeder to the proper height. Although I wish it came with the feeder by default, I was happy to purchase it because it's a perfect fit and my cat deserves it.
