The PYRAMID mini

I love my Mini Pyramid TLS! It was easy to set up and is a great addition to my wellness routine. It looks super sitting on my countertop too! Very happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

UPDATED 1 star to 5! Ronald called me personally to help get my pyramid working! He was patient, even followed up when we kept playing phone tag. Overall, their customer service needs to improve, or they need more representives. Even with the issues I've had, I still highly recommend the company and products. The light system is an amazing technology however, my pyramid mini was glitching from day one. 3 days later, it stopped working. Customer service is very friendly but their response time and fix is unexcusable. 2 weeks of waiting, they send me a single replacement panel with no instructions. I contacted them again to tell them I have no idea how to replace the panel or which one I'm to replace. The response was that a technician will be contacting me. That was about 4 or 5 days ago and no one has contacted me. Again the technology is amazing, but support needs to improve.

Very Nice! It’s larger and heavier than I expected. It’s solid, sturdy and well made. Now let’s talk about the benefits of this pyramid. I have it in my office anytime someone visits they are a peace and fall asleep😀
