MILLAB M01 Hand Grinder

Great coffee comes with the price point. At 500 dollars I wouldn't expect anything less from this grinder. Easy to use out of the box, the M01 joined us for a 5 week road trip through California and managed to deliver some exceptional pour over even with some questionable well water. Dialing in came with ease and the grinder guide on the plastic cover was helpful. The cups produced were balanced with good clarity and still maintained body. After trying for years trying to make a pour over with the Niche Zero, the M01 was a good answer. Maybe you don't need to spend 500 on a hand grinder to get a great cup but it sure does deliver. My only criticism is the lack of portability. A good soft shell carrying case would go a long way. I would also expect one with the price tag.

So satisfying grinder. The feedback when grinding is so satisfying. And the quality of the grind is far mich superior to other grinders i have used before

Quality Engineering.

A beast of a grinder. The quality of the engineering is clearly evident. While it is heavy at just over 1100 grams, the cup quality is worth the weight sacrifice. I use it for pour over only. It produces a beautiful balnced cup with punch flavour notes that continue as the cup cools. It definately shines at coarser grind settings. I plan on buying a case and using it for travel, despite the weight. The current pinnacle of quality of hand grinder workmanship.
