Floating Triple Diamond Studs

Requested a return the day I opened the package and received no response or way to find link to a return label anywhere on the site. Tried emailing several times. Finally received a message 2 weeks later with a note saying hope you’re happy with your purchase. Automated note signed ‘love’. No mention of return request. Now checking the newly added return link, Their site says the return has been ‘fully returned’ although it was not. I am hoping it was a glitch and not a scam as the time is ticking and they have a 30 day return policy. It has now been 15 days since the earrings arrived. Still awaiting a return label and valid response

I was a little nervous ordering these after reading some of the reviews, but I’m actually really happy with them! They’re so pretty and super sparkly in person. Easy to put on and I love that you can wear them two different ways. Not sure about the durability yet, but so far I love them! Shipping was right on time too.
