good but pricey

I’m grateful to have a bread option that’s high in both fiber and protein—it makes it easier to enjoy bread while staying mindful of my nutrition goals. The taste and quality have been great, and I’m happy with my purchase. I do wish it were a bit more affordable, and I’d love the option to mix and match flavors when choosing a bundle. Overall, though, I’m glad I found ROYO bread and would recommend it to anyone looking for a more nutritious bread option.

Bagels and bread

I was without the breadand bagels for awhile. Enjoying them now. I just don’t eat them up fast enough. I only order when I have only a few left. Great bagels

Love this Product and the Company :)

Started using about 3 months ago. I have the perfect settings on my air fryer oven and get get taste and texture. In addition, knowing it is low in carbs(net) with good fiber and protein makes my life and eating habits terrific. I make my own variations of Levnah(yogurt that is drain of the iquid whey). I use it inastead of store bought cream cheese as mine dowes not have any additivies nor preservatives nor binders. When really hungry, I have 1 1/2 bagels and know that my healrthy eating diet is not compromised. In conxclusion, buy these, you will love and delighted on the nuitritional benefits. TY ROYO!
