Metallic Paint

I’m obsessed! This is absolutely, hands down the most beautiful paint I have ever used. The bathtub was done in “titanium” and the feet were “cast bronze”, both in the direct to metal (DTM) paint. I did five coats with a 1/2” nap roller on the bare, unfinished metal of the circa 1898 clawfoot tub (we ground off about 7 layers of paint to get it back to its original state), but it only took two coats to cover the feet. I cannot overstate how impressed I am with this paint and this company in general. Upon receiving my original order, I realized I had received a pint of the wrong color. I emailed the company late that evening and by the next morning I had received a response and a new pint was shipped out immediately. Seriously, I am now looking around my Queen Anne Victorian for more ways to use this gorgeous paint! The “cast bronze” is one of the coolest colors I’ve encountered. Five stars all the way around.

I bought this artwork with a frame that was a metallic champagne color, which was too light for the room. I painted the frame with the stone color metallic and it made all the difference. The paint was easy to work with, well packed and shipped quickly. I love the result!

We used the gold metallic paint. We followed the suggested instructions exactly and it came out fabulous! Every time we called, the staff was always patient and helpful. This store is NOT your average paint store. Their colors and textures are so cool and not like you’ll find anywhere else.
