Probiotics

I had been taking another probiotics for many years and needed a change. I was happy to learn that Black Girl Vitamins had one that is a gummy. I have only been taking it for a month. Hopefully it will be the one that I can use indefinitely.

I don't like to write reviews but I will say, since incorporating BGV probiotics into my daily routine it has helped tremendously with my gut issues. I love that they are gummies which makes it easier to take. Thanks BGV

Black Girl Vitamins Probiotics are a gem. I have been taking them for about 8 months now and will continue use.
