A Rare & Truly Wonderful Family-Owned Company
I want to start by apologizing to the wonderful folks at Cajun Power. I left a one star review on August 30th that they DID NOT DESERVE. Due to an apparent shipping incident, there were 9 jars missing from my order. Once I contacted the company, they could not have been more accommodating. They immediately replenished my order free of charge. I want to personally thank Spencer Besson for his incredible customer service and his sweet aunt who originally took my call.
The team at Cajun Power is the absolute best there is when it comes to making anyone a Cajun Chef. Their PRODUCTS and SERVICE are incomparable. They have lifetime customers from our family and friends.

Havenot used it yet, waiting on gumbo weather. I live alone and figured this would be great to make a small gumbo for me and still have some to put in the freezer. From Abbeville so I know that Cajun Power is great.

Have been buying this for years. I usually buy direct but they do sell at Walmart. So that's a good thing. I'm always asked for my recipe. Hate to tell people I just open a jar and add chicken (I do add sausage also). Quick delivery.
I started out buying Garlic Sauce back in the 90s after eating that at restaurants in Abbeville. Now eat all types of their mixes.
