Strong hold and perfect for easy protection. Minimal extra weight, as the leatherman itself is heavy enough. Less is more and this case proves that statement. The size chart is accurate, though I bought a surge with case size medium and it fits really tight. It felt too small in the beginning. Though it's loosened a little, it still is a bit too tight in my opinion.
