Poor Customer Service and Purchasing Experience
I paid for 2 orders to have priority shipping. Both orders were sent with ground shipping and both are late. I still have not receive 1 order because it will now take 30-45 days to arrive since it is been put on a boat for surface mail. When I reached out to customer service I was told I would be given a refund for late orders but I still have not received any emails or notifications. I have been in communications for over a week and it still have not been addressed. This has been among some of the worst buy experience I have had to date
