Oh man, switching up attachments makes all yhe difference in impact and results! When we bought our theragun mini it only came with ine attachment, its been a few years since then so we decided to buy a few new attachments, and it has been a game changer! Highly recommend this thumb attachment. I used it on my feet and the release i have experienced from one session has been incredible! I have high arches and my toes always curve up in a resting position, they no linger do that and the weight is more evenly distributed, plus the high archs have decreased significantly.
My husband also has notice a huge difference with this attachment for his neck and shoulders.
We cannot recommend this attachment enough! It is a must have
