These fixtures work great for holding a blank while measuring and placing guides. This allows the beam of the guide alignment tool to show all the way down the rod without the top rollers of a stand getting in the way. The V blocks can be set and removed easily without having to slide off the end of the track. Works on Alps and CRB track
